A 20 km wide zone of woods, studded with a number of tourist trails, is in the immediate vicinity of the spa. The Mariánské Lázně Spa resort is famous world-wide because of its therapeutic methods and effective and quality curative resources as well as its picturesque surroundings. It was built in the Neo-classicist style and thus it has been put on the list of national cultural sites.
