Frantiskovy Lazne AQUAFORUM a.s. operates 5 spa hotels, the Aquaforum pool center and the Císařské lázně (Imperial Spa) balneo center. The total capacity of the operated hotels is 1,055 beds, including the Spa Resort Pawlik – Aquaforum **** hotel complex with a capacity of approximately 400 beds and its own aquapark, which is the largest and most beautiful of all Czech spas. Part of the complex is an extensive treatment department that offers a unique combination of high-quality treatment, comfortable accommodation and excellent leisure and relaxation activities. By guaranteeing the exclusive use of Frantiskovy Lazne's natural healing resources (sulfur-iron peat, natural medicinal mineral water, natural spring gas) in sufficient quantities and the highest quality, this company continues the two-hundred-year tradition of high-quality treatment in Frantiskovy Lazne. In January 2017, a spa clinic was opened on the 1st floor of the Aquaforum – a modern medical facility with a wide range of traditional spa procedures as well as new non-invasive treatments. The spa complex also includes the Recovery Clinic mental health clinic, which is available to both spa guests and the general public.

The Military Spa Sanatorium is part of the Military Spa and Recreation Facilities (VOLAREZA). Its services are also offered to the general public. The Aurora spa complex with an accommodation capacity of 564 beds is located on the western edge of Trebon in the peaceful surroundings of an extensive park on the bank of the Svět Pond. It specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, rheumatic diseases, and post-traumatic and post-operative conditions. The main treatment method is peat treatment using local peat from the Trebon peat bogs. The hotel complex consists of two five-star hotels – the Zlatá Hvězda hotel with a capacity of 240 beds and the Bílý Jednorožec hotel with a capacity of 324 beds – and offers an extensive range of wellness and relaxation services.

Hodonin Spa
Hodonin Spa is one of the youngest spa facilities in the Czech Republic. The spa complex is located in a beautiful park featuring interesting garden architecture. The therapeutic complex consists of three spa houses and a new pavilion, the Bliss Day Spa. Self-paying clients are served by the Spa House Bílá Hora, which underwent a complete reconstruction in 2016. The complex's own source of iodine-bromine brine, pumped from the deepest wells in the Czech Republic, has unique therapeutic, regenerative and preventive effects on the entire body. Treatment focuses primarily on musculoskeletal disorders, gynecological and neurological diseases, and cardiovascular system disorders.
